What you’d do

Provide outpatient hemodialysis nursing care, including collecting and analyzing patient data before, during, and after treatment, documenting in the medical record, adjusting care plans as needed, and educating patients and families. • Registered Nurse (RN)
• Less than 2 years nephrology RN experience (entry level)
• Hemodialysis patient monitoring and documentation
