You’ll need

• 8+ years in asset, portfolio, or investment management
• Experience with institutional or corporate real estate
• Healthcare or medical office real estate experience preferred
• Skilled in preparing business plans and investment proformas
• Ability to present hold, sell analysis, and disposition strategy
