Provide primary care for a patient panel, handling acute, chronic, and well visits in office and occasionally by telehealth. • Completed Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatric residency
• Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in outpatient primary care
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine
• Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing
