Commercial Service Representative l- RBB/ ( M-F 7am-3:30pm) ( M-F 11:30am-8:00pm) (Tues-Sat 9:00-6:30 & Sat 8:30-5:00)

What you’d do

Serves as main point of contact for Premier and Core commercial clients, handling questions on wires, ACH, statements, lockbox and vault services. You’ll need

• High school education or equivalent
• 2+ years customer service or commercial experience preferred
• Data entry and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of banking products helpful
• Excellent customer service skills
