What you’d do

Prepare high-quality samples using Focused Ion Beam, SEM, and TEM techniques to support semiconductor failure analysis, process development, and characterization. Operate analytical and metrology equipment, maintain lab productivity, and support engineering investigations while following safety procedures. Full time. You’ll need

• Technical certification or equivalent experience in materials science, engineering technology, elect
• Hands-on FIB technician experience in semiconductor or failure analysis lab
• Experience preparing TEM lamella samples using FIB
