What you’d do

Lead a hands-on avionics manufacturing engineering team, acting as the expert on designing electronics, harnesses and avionics boxes for manufacturability, testability and field maintenance. You’ll need

• BS in Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• 8+ years in avionics, PCBA or harness manufacturing or design engineering
• Experience taking hardware from design into production at rate
• Aerospace, defense, automotive or consumer electronics background
• Hands-on technical leadership with direct reports
