What you’d do

LPN care coordinator supporting multiple high-volume outpatient GI clinics. Triages symptom calls, processes medication refills, answers patient advice inquiries, and coordinates prior authorizations. Full time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours. • LPN license
• Epic In-Basket management
• GI symptom triage experience

• Excellent customer service skills
