You’ll need

• Associate degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
• Background in commercial office or corporate real estate settings
• Knowledge of compliance standards, safety regulations, and audit requirements
• Experience managing work orders and vendor SLAs
• Budgeting and forecasting experience
