Lead employee assistance services at the USC WorkWell Center, including mental health assessment, brief counseling, referrals, case monitoring, consultations with leaders and HR, critical incident response, and trainings. You’ll need

• Master's in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related field
• Accredited program degree
