You’ll need

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience
• Graduate of accredited medical lab technician school or equivalent
• Registered or registry-eligible with ASCP, AMT or equivalent within one year
• Licensure as required by State law
• 0-2 years experience as medical laboratory technician
