What you’d do

Provide outpatient orthopedic physical therapy to patients at Benchmark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network. You’ll need

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT or equivalent)
• Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or eligible)
