Manage construction projects including tenant and market-ready improvements: hire and oversee designers, consultants, contractors and vendors, develop schedules and pre-construction estimates, obtain bids, manage permits and approvals, and track hard and soft costs. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Architecture, or Civil/Structural Engineering, or equivalent
• Construction management or industrial real estate experience
• Bid analysis and pre-construction estimating
