What you’d do

Provide consultation in palliative care, symptom management, and supportive care for seriously ill patients and families. You’ll need

• Minimum five years nursing experience
• Experience in oncology, hospice, geriatrics, or intensive care preferred
• Knowledge of interdisciplinary team concept
