What you’d do

Manage and govern access within the Genesys Cloud platform including user provisioning, role assignments, access reviews, and compliance reporting. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience
• 3+ years administering Genesys Cloud CX in production
• Experience with user provisioning and role management
• Knowledge of IAM solutions including SSO and MFA
• Ability to perform access reviews and compliance reporting
