Verify that the transition process has been followed cross functionally and that all transition tasks for each assignment are complete. You’ll need

• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Multifamily real estate experience (preferred)
• Basic accounting knowledge (preferred)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
