Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Coordinator

What you’d do

Process incoming return requests, generate RMA documentation, and coordinate receipt, repair, and return shipping of customer units. You’ll need

• Associate's degree with 1 year experience, or HS diploma/GED with 3 years
• Experience in administrative coordination, customer support, order management, or RMA/logistics
• CRM software tracking and reporting
• Customer communication on repair status and quotes
