Monitors University data center systems, servers, and networking infrastructure, responding to alarms and service requests. Resolves common issues under close supervision, escalates complex ones, and provides technical support to faculty, staff, and students. Full time. • Under 2 years of related work experience
• 2+ years in IT help desk and/or customer service
• 2+ years documenting job function processes and procedures
