You’ll need

• Master's, NP, CNS, PA or equivalent with 4+ years similar experience, or PhD/DNP/PharmD with 2+ year
• Recent long term care experience
• Experience with advanced practice providers in collaborative practice
• Live in Pennsylvania
• Territory travel across PA, NY, NJ, VA, WV, DC, MD, DE, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME
