Partner with the Head of Investor Experience to improve the experience of investors across the MSFS platform. Use data and analytics on investor activity and trends to identify improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives for investor segments such as nominees, intermediaries and wealth management platforms. You’ll need

• Experience in Investor Services, Fund Administration or alternative asset servicing
• Knowledge of the end-to-end investor lifecycle
• Understanding of regulatory and control environment for alternative investment funds
