• Pursuing degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering / Transportation Planning
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater preferred
• Familiarity with HCS, SYNCHRO, MUTCD desirable
• AutoCAD, MicroStation, and/or SoftDesk a plus
