Accounts Payable Accountant, Capital Programs

What you’d do

Handle accounts payable for a major transit capital program, including contractor and consultant payments, grant reimbursements, and audit-ready records. Also support month-end and year-end close, 1099 and sales/use tax reporting, and funding agency reporting. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field, or equivalent
• 2+ years of professional accounting experience
• Full accounts payable cycle experience
• Hybrid on-site in greater San Francisco Bay Area, 3 days/week up to 5
• Month-end and year-end close support
