Performs patient account collections, reconciliation, credit balance resolution, research and correspondence, including reconciling complex multi-payment accounts and submitting appeal letters on underpaid claims. • 18 months patient accounts experience
• 18 months billing, collection or Medicare/Commercial billings
• Knowledge of payer contracts and EOB review
• HIPAA compliance
• Customer service skills
