What you’d do

Execute system safety programs per MIL-STD-882E, running analyses like FHA, fault tree, FMECA and system safety assessments, tracking hazards, and supporting design reviews and corrective actions. You’ll need

• 5+ years as a System Safety Engineer or equivalent
• B.S. in Mechanical, Aerospace, Systems Engineering or related
• Experience with safety-critical hardware and software systems
• Defense or aerospace industry experience
• MIL-STD-882E safety analysis methods
