What you’d do

Lead M&A tax engagements including buy side due diligence, deal structuring, sell side work, and post-transaction support. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in Accounting and Master's in Taxation
• CPA or Bar admission
• 5+ years M&A tax experience
• 2+ years as Manager or equivalent in M&A tax
• JD/LLM preferred
