What you’d do

Supervise three maintenance employees at a 284-unit multifamily property, handling resident service requests and preparing market-ready apartments with painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping. • 3+ years on-site multifamily maintenance experience
• 1+ years supervisory experience preferred
• EPA 608 Type II minimum, Universal preferred
• Yardi systems experience
• CPO or local pool certificate preferred
