What you’d do

Accompany providers into exam rooms to document patient encounters, including history, assessment, plan, and physical exam, and assign CPT and ICD-10 codes. You’ll need

• Advanced listening and communication skills
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technical workflows
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other community languages where indicated
• Prior clinical experience including shadowing or volunteering (strongly preferred)
