What you’d do

Handle incoming technical calls and troubleshoot Husqvarna Construction products for customers and sales reps, advising service technicians on repairs and documenting issues in the CRM. You’ll need

• At least 5 years mechanical or technical experience
• Solid product knowledge and mechanical ability
• Ability to read electrical schematics and parts lists
• CRM, Excel, Word, AS400 knowledge
• Customer Focused Sales knowledge
