What you’d do

Schedules patient visits, reassigns visits when staff call in sick, and communicates with field staff, patients and physicians to keep care coordinated. You’ll need

• Licensed Practical Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse license in state of practice
• At least 1 year of home health experience
• Valid state driver's license
