Program Manager, Contingent Workforce

What you’d do

Own the contingent workforce program end to end: sourcing and vetting suppliers, negotiating terms, onboarding 1099 contractors, LLCs, advisors, staffing agencies and subcontractors, managing agreements and renewals, and handling offboarding with Procurement, Legal, Finance and IT. You’ll need

• 6-10 years in contingent workforce, procurement ops, vendor management, or HR ops
• Experience at a fast-paced tech startup through meaningful scale
• Building processes for rising contractor request volume
• Supplier sourcing and contract negotiation
• Cross-functional work with Procurement, Legal, Finance, IT
