What you’d do
Perform daily operation, preventative and corrective maintenance on power plant and HVAC equipment including chillers, boilers, pumps, generators, fire alarms, pneumatic tube and sprinkler systems. Also troubleshoot, test, inspect, and repair electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and pneumatic building systems. Full time, working independently with minimal supervision.
