You’ll need

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 3 months phlebotomy work or training experience
• Experience with data entry and specimen handling
• CPT Certified Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP, ACA, or AMT)
• Phlebotomy/venipuncture course preferred
