What you’d do

Senior patient access representative who registers Emergency Department and other hospital patients and serves as a working resource for registration teams. Duties include system super-user support, on-call rotation on weekdays and weekends, QA audits, mentoring and training staff, and preparing reports. Full time. You’ll need

• 2 years customer service and/or data entry
• 2 years in a healthcare environment
• Associate or bachelor's degree in lieu of two years experience
• CHAA, CRCR, or CRCS certification within six months of hire
• Proficiency in keyboarding
