What you’d do

Develops assigned estimate components and scopes under direction, performing quantity takeoffs, compiling labor, material, equipment and subcontract pricing, and organizing vendor quotations. You’ll need

• Associate's or bachelor's in construction management, engineering, or related field, or equivalent e
• Experience with Accubid, HeavyBid, Salesforce, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or comparable systems
• Quantity takeoff skills
• Pricing and cost compilation
• Vendor and subcontractor quotation management
