What you’d do

Monitor system performance and reliability at customer sites, lead root cause investigations like 8D, and act as the top technical escalation point for PLC-controlled systems, robotics, conveyors, and software. • Bachelor's in electrical, electro-mechanical, mechatronics, automation engineering, or related
• Or 2+ years supporting automated systems in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material hand
• Advanced troubleshooting of PLC-controlled systems, robotics, and conveyors
• Root cause analysis methods such as 8D
• Travel to customer locations
