What you’d do

Owns financial forecasting and reporting for funded programs and IRAD projects, tracking labor hours, cost and burden, travel and direct costs. Partners with program management, operations and R&D on budgets, staffing plans, pricing models and estimates-at-completion for revenue recognition and audits. You’ll need

• Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics or related
• 3+ years in program finance, cost/project accounting or FP&A
• Government contracting, R&D or defense/aerospace background preferred
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills
• ERP and timekeeping systems, project/charge code setup
