You’ll need

• Bachelor's + 12 yrs, Master's + 10 yrs, or PhD + 8 yrs industry experience
• Degree in engineering, science, technical, or relevant field
• 6+ years leadership managing cross-functional teams
• Drug product biologics manufacturing experience
• Facility start-up and technology transfer experience
