What you’d do

Review and verify chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and infusion medication orders, checking dosing and calculations against oncology protocols. You’ll need

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or BS in Pharmacy
• CT Pharmacist license
• Oncology, infusion, or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• PGY1 and/or PGY2 Oncology Residency preferred
• BCOP certification preferred or eligible
