Leads surety underwriting for the region as production underwriter, with P&L responsibility for the book and supervision of a regional underwriting team. You’ll need

• 5+ years surety underwriting or similar credit/insurance experience
• Demonstrated success building internal and external partner relationships
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Team supervision and underwriting staff development
• P&L and budgeting responsibility
