Enrollment Specialist 1 (Bi-Lingual in Spanish Preferred)

What you’d do

Supports the Enrollment Services department by entering data into the State CBMS system and Denver Health systems, scanning incoming mail, and sending client correspondence. You’ll need

• 1-3 years of customer service experience
• Knowledge of Medicaid, CHP+, CICP, DFAP, and Connect for Health Colorado plans
• Knowledge of the CBMS eligibility determination system
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred
