What you’d do

Develop and integrate module processes for co-packaged optics, joining photonic and electronic die, optical engines and fiber interfaces. Address optical coupling, alignment, loss and thermal management, and shape the CPO technology roadmap with customers and partners. Full time in Santa Clara, CA. You’ll need

• MS or PhD in Materials Science, EE, ChemE, ME, Applied Physics, Photonics or related
• Significant experience as module process engineer or process integrator
• Semiconductor R&D or advanced technology development experience
• Heterogeneous integration and optical packaging skills
