Provide social work services including psychosocial assessments, counseling, crisis intervention, financial counseling, discharge planning, health education, and community resource linkage for patients and families at James Cancer Hospital. • Master of Social Work from accredited school
• State of Ohio Social Work licensure (LSW or LISW) or equivalent
• Psychosocial assessment and counseling skills
• Knowledge of PASAAR process for extended care placement
• Skills assessing neglect, abuse, substance abuse, domestic violence
