You’ll need

• Supervisory experience in a production or fabrication environment
• Ability to read and understand project specifications and drawings
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience hiring, training, and appraising staff
• Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple projects
