Device / Process Integration Engineer

What you’d do

Own semiconductor products from starting substrate through wafer test, covering sustaining, disposition, troubleshooting, yield enhancement and new product introduction. You’ll need

• BS degree, ideally in Electrical or Chemical engineering or similar science-based degree
• Strong background in semiconductor device physics and process integration
• Experience in Design of Experiments and Statistical Process Control
• Device or process engineering experience preferred
• MS preferred
