You’ll need

• Bachelor's in facilities management, engineering, business, or related
• 8+ years progressive facilities management experience
• 4+ years senior leadership managing multi-site portfolios
• Experience with 100+ locations and 100+ employee teams
• Managed annual budgets exceeding $10 million
