SEC Reporting & Technical Accounting Manager

What you’d do

Prepare and support periodic SEC filings and external reports, including financial statements, footnotes, and MD&A, and help develop positions on complex accounting transactions. • 5+ years at a Big 4 firm and SEC reporting at a public company
• CPA license, or equivalent (active preferred)
• US GAAP and SEC regulations knowledge
• Workiva and NetSuite proficiency
• Hybrid in Sunnyvale office 3 days per week
