What you’d do

Provide clerical and administrative support for orthopedic patients with work-related injuries covered by workers' compensation insurance. Process data, generate reports, maintain records, appointments and calendars, handle phones, filing, mail, document scanning, letters, medicolegal documents, and surgical pre-authorizations. You’ll need

• 3+ years clerical and insurance management experience
• 1+ year workers' comp adjuster or case manager experience
• Workers' Compensation Analyst certification preferred
• Orthopedic clinical setting experience a plus
