• Board certification/eligibility in Molecular Genetic Pathology or Laboratory Genetics and Genomics
• Expertise in molecular pathology, clinical bioinformatics, and genomics
• Experience directing a clinical molecular diagnostics laboratory
• Ability to conduct independent research
