What you’d do

Assess and coordinate care for patients referred to intensive outpatient behavioral health programming, including level-of-care determinations with psychiatrists and insurers, plus leading evidence-based group therapy. • Master's degree
• Active Kentucky license: LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT
• 2 years of job-related experience
• Group therapy experience
• Hospital setting experience preferred
