What you’d do

Coordinate care management for OhioRISE members as a field-based teleworker in Northeast Ohio, traveling up to 50% or more to member homes and other locations. You’ll need

• 2+ years in behavioral health, social services, or human services
• 2+ years with PCs, keyboard, multi-system navigation
• MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Reside in Northeast Ohio region
• Travel up to 50% or more within region
