You’ll need

• 5+ years of professional experience
• 3+ years in Major Incident Management, SRE, Cloud Operations, or technical program management
• Experience supporting SaaS solutions
• Hands-on technical engineering experience or incident ticketing systems
• Comfort leading global teams
